Just went for a nice long run, 30 crunches, 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, and 20 minutes of Pilates.Cold Shower to finish.
Maybe I’ll be able to go to the beach in my bikini and not feel like such a fatty around my friends….For once.
I don’t think they know what it feels like to be there in a hoodie and board-shorts while they walk around in bikini’s, not caring who see’s them because at least they look good.
I felt so fat, I felt like I shouldn’t be there and that i was an embarrassment.
But It gave me some inspiration to lose some weight, I don’t need food as much anymore, and my sizes are shrinking, maybe this time I’ll be the skinny friend.
Come on, I can do this.
